The villa has a nice cozy living room with adjoining kitchen overlooking the terrace facing the sea.
The kitchen also gives access to an outdoor back terrace with barbecue / gas plancha and dining area. Ideal for protecting yourself from the sun in summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, slicer, electric plancha extra)
An independent shower room and toilets are located on the ground floor.

A rear terrace is also available at the back with table, barbecue /gas plancha and outdoor shower.
Access to the beach is a 5-minute walk via the paths of the private domain.
